Legacy Sustainment

Legacy sustainment has become an increasingly important part of the aerospace industry. In an environment of shrinking defense budgets, the introduction of new platforms and system upgrades is frequently delayed or cancelled altogether. These rapidly changing circumstances create uncertainty for both operators and OEMs which often results in higher costs, prolonged lead times for replacement parts, and little or no access to technical support. PASS is actively pursuing licensing agreements, IP (intellectual property) acquisitions/transfers, and support agreements with major OEMS to address these concerns.
