PASS, INC is an accredited calibration station under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the international standard for testing and calibration laboratory competence. Our accreditation, granted by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA), confirms technical competence in dimensional, mechanical, and thermodynamic calibration. Every calibration is traceable to national standards and reported with documented measurement uncertainty at a 95% confidence level (k=2).
Calibration Mission
Our calibration lab delivers precise, accredited measurement services with full traceability and fast turnaround — so your instruments stay compliant and your operations stay on schedule.
Services
PASS Calibration Services provides ISO/IEC 17025-accredited calibration services for a wide range of equipment used in aerospace, manufacturing, and maintenance environments. Our capabilities include torque, pressure, temperature, and dimensional measurement.
Torque Calibration
Calibration of torque-measuring equipment from:
· 25 to 250 in-lbs.
· 25 to 250 ft-lbs.
Using ISO/IEC 17025 traceable standards. Typical expanded measurement uncertainty: ±1.1% of reading.
We calibrate:
· Click-type torque wrenches
· Dial torque wrenches
· Digital torque wrenches
· Torque screwdrivers
Pressure Calibration:
Calibration of pressure measurement equipment up to 5,000 psi. Typical expanded measurement uncertainty: ±0.03% of full scale.
We calibrate:
· Digital pressure gauges
· Analog pressure gauges
· Pressure transducers
· Test gauges and reference gauges
Temperature Calibration
Calibration of temperature measurement equipment from 80°F to 1,220°F. Typical expanded measurement uncertainty: ±0.7°F.
We calibrate:
· Thermocouples (Type K and others)
· RTDs
· Digital thermometers
· Temperature indicators and controllers
Dimensional Calibration:
Calibration of dimensional measurement equipment up to 18 inches using ISO/IEC 17025 traceable standards.
Typical expanded measurement uncertainties:
· Linear measurement: ±0.14 µm
· Pin gages: ±5.9 µm
We calibrate:
· Calipers (digital and dial)
· Micrometers
· Height gages
· Pin gages
· Indicators (dial and digital)
Capability Expansion
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our customers, PASS Calibration Services is actively expanding into additional measurement disciplines, including:
· Absolute Pressure (PSIA) Calibration using precision air data standards
· Electrical Calibration including voltage, current, and resistance using multi-product calibrators
· Surface Plate Calibration including localized and overall flatness using precision measurement standards
These capabilities are currently under development and will be added to our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited scope upon completion.
All calibrations are performed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and include measurement uncertainty and traceability to national standards
