PASS, INC is an accredited calibration station under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the international standard for testing and calibration laboratory competence. Our accreditation, granted by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA), confirms technical competence in dimensional, mechanical, and thermodynamic calibration. Every calibration is traceable to national standards and reported with documented measurement uncertainty at a 95% confidence level (k=2).

Services
PASS Calibration offers the following accredited services: Torque Calibration, Pressure Calibration, Temperature Calibration, Dimensional Linear Measurement Calibration, and Pin Gage Calibration.
Torque Calibration:
Calibration of torque-measuring equipment from 25 lbf·in to 250 lbf·ft. Reference standards: CDI Digital Torque Testers, Models 2502-I and 2503-F. Expanded measurement uncertainty: ±1.077% of reading. Procedure: QAP 05-014-07.
Pressure Calibration:
Calibration of pressure measurement equipment up to 5,000 psi. Reference standards: Eaton UPC5200 and Additel Digital Pressure Gauges. Expanded measurement uncertainty: ±0.033% of full scale. Procedure: QAP 05-014-03.
Temperature Calibration:
Calibration of temperature measurement equipment from 0 °F to 1,220 °F. Reference standard: Fluke Field Metrology Well Model 9144B. Expanded measurement uncertainty: ±0.67 °F. Procedure: QAP 05-014-05.
Dimensional Calibration:
Linear measurement calibration up to 8 in using Mitutoyo Gage Blocks Grade 00 (uncertainty: ±0.14 µm, Procedure: QAP 05-14-09). Pin gage calibration up to 1.00 in using Starrett Pin Gages Model S4002-250 (uncertainty: ±5.9 µm, Procedure: QAP 05-014-09).
